Kudos to the Charleston Arms staff for a receiving a great note from one of their residents, James Westbrook that said "You guys have been fantastic! Since you took the reins I've felt less like a tenant and more like a guest. I only wish more landlords had the gracious and generous attitude towards their properties and tenants.
