Now, AMCS manages a varied portfolio in multiple locations in Florida, Columbia, Greenville, South Carolina and mainly in the Charleston Tri-County Area.

AMCS is very excited and wants to thank everyone involved in the purchase of Perrytown Apartments. This is a 100% section 8 community in Perry, Florida. We used Florida Housing Authority SAIL/Bond funds with a HUD (d)4 loan to finance the purchase and rehab of the property. The property will have a full rehab to included new appliances, washer & dryers in each unit, new windows, energy efficient HVAC, landscaping, tubs, and new amenities.
