We did it again! Thanks to all who brought school supplies donations for My Sister's House. We have enough donations to outfit all the kids for another successful school year! Way to go! Thanks again!

Thank you to all the Board of Directors who attended this morning's training on the New HOA Laws. Special thanks to Paul Rahn and Wallace Carnwath with Robertson Hollingsworth Manos & Rahn for their presentation this morning! We will be holding another Board of Directors training session soon and it will be held on budgets.

AMCS is very excited and wants to thank everyone involved in the purchase of Perrytown Apartments.  This is a 100% section 8 community in Perry, Florida.  We used Florida Housing Authority SAIL/Bond funds with a HUD (d)4 loan to finance the purchase and rehab of the property.  The property will have a full rehab to included new appliances, washer & dryers in each unit, new windows, energy efficient HVAC, landscaping, tubs, and new amenities.  

AMCS is closing our offices at 2:00 PM today in order to allow our employees prepare for potential effects from Hurricane Irma. Our offices will reopen as soon as safety possible after the storm passes. Thank you for your patience.

We would like to introduce Jeff Harris as our new Chief Financial Officer. Jeff joins us from Savannah, GA. He will be active in our acquisition process as well as overseeing our accounting and financial departments. We welcome Jeff to the AMCS Family.

The ladies in the HOA Department showed their bowling skills at the CAI SC Bowling Social event last night at the Charleston Rifle and Bowling Club.  Maybe a new bowling league will start from this ;).
